Orders
If there's a problem with your order you've placed, please contact our customer service team. Depending on if your order is processed or not, we will either cancel your order for you to re-place it correctly, or if your order has been dispatched we will arrange a return for you.
If you've recieved your promo code, you can enter if after you've hit checkout in your cart. If you're having trouble with your coupon code applying please contact our customer service team.
Please enter your email either in the pop up on our home page or in the footer of our website. Your welcome code will then be emailed to you. Don't forget to check your spam folders just in case.
If you'd like some personalised skincare recomendations, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team and our trained beauty therapist will recomend a personalised skincare routine for you.
Deliveries
Once your order is dispatched, you will recieve an email from us with your shipping and tracking information. If you have not recieved this information please reach out to our customer service team.
Your orders are very important to us. Our excellent team of dispatchers are working hard to ensure your orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Please note our orders are dispatched from Perth which can add a slight shipping delay.
